CONGRATULATIONS  TO  YTHANWELLS  FARM AND COMMUNITY WATCH ON THEIR RECENT LAUNCH !!
Farms and other rural sites need protection from theft and vandalism.   Minor roads give access to properties.   These should be watched for unfamiliar vehicles.   Note ! types and registrations.   This itself is a deterrent to thieves !   Sites Report !  to each other about anything suspicious.   Use radios or mobiles.

Customers want a Pub to be a place for stressless social drinking.   Owners and managers want their premises to be attractive to their customers.   Health services want Pubs to be places where people can meet socially and drink in moderation.   The police want pubs to be places for good natured socialising by the public.
ASBOs want pubs and the surrounding streets to be places where they can get stupid drunk and/or drugged, be violent, cause damage and pollution, scare off peaceful citizens, be injured, damage their health in the short and long term.
Pubs and other licenced premises Note !  troublemakers and Report ! them to others in the district.   The offenders may be banned from drinking in the area.
But they may just travel out of the district to 'enjoy' a night out.

CCTV (closed-circuit TV) records what's going on.   Some can be easily moved from one location to another, sending pictures to a recorder by wireless.   CCTV notices can themselves be a deterrent to thieves.
